📋 Description

• Coordinate technical project and program management within pharmaceutical distribution technology programs • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, financial management, stakeholder expectations, and reporting • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs • Communicate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather information and confirm progress • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and follow up on action items • Apply project management procedures and agile frameworks to support sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination • Recommend minor improvements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related field required • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment • Ability to drive process improvements when necessary
