📋 Description

• Deliver effective legal services to Indirect Sourcing stakeholders • Review and negotiate a high volume of commercial vendor agreements, including MSAs, Statements of Work, License, Equipment, and Consulting Agreements • Handle legal projects, matters, and issues with minimal supervision • Manage projects involving mixed legal and business responsibilities • Represent Cencora and client groups in developing, negotiating, and finalizing new indirect supplier contracts • Maintain existing contracts • Participate in legal and business negotiations • Make business-oriented and legally compliant recommendations • Solve problems, analyze solutions, and assess them using standard procedures • Juggle multiple matters, multitask, and prioritize work • Supervise and project manage other legal professionals and outside lawyers • Build knowledge of Cencora’s businesses and industry policies and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer with expertise in contracts and commercial law • Demonstrated ability to assist with the full contract lifecycle for sourcing agreements, including intake, issue-spotting, negotiation support, redlining, stakeholder alignment, and post-execution contract maintenance • Graduate of an accredited law school • Admitted into the state bar • Significant knowledge of indirect sourcing concepts, practices, contracts, and legal procedures • Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts • Working knowledge of corporate law litigation, anti-trust laws, privacy laws, and court and regulatory agency procedures, including FTC and FDA procedures • Experience supervising outside lawyers • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and organizational skills • Excellent judgment and ability to resolve complex issues effectively • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow and interpret legal trends
