📋 Description

• Define and govern future-state business processes across USPAH’s digital transformation initiatives • Ensure transformation efforts use simplified, standardized, and scalable ways of working aligned with business strategy and operational realities • Partner with vendors to align on standard methodology and templates for current-state processes, ensuring end-to-end capture • Lead end-to-end future-state process design across transformation initiatives • Partner with business leaders and Program Leads to identify process pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification and standardization • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes, roles, decision points, and handoffs • Establish and govern process design standards, documentation requirements, and approval mechanisms • Ensure process designs are executable, operationally viable, and scalable across the enterprise • Coordinate process design timing with delivery milestones • Partner with Organizational Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to support understanding and adoption of process changes • Support testing and readiness activities by ensuring process scenarios and edge cases are accurately represented • Identify and manage process-related risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating as appropriate • Establish process documentation, ownership, and governance for post-deployment sustainment • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve process design approaches across transformation waves • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in business process design, operating model transformation, or enterprise change initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional process redesign efforts at enterprise scale • Strong background working with business leaders across multiple functions and operational domains • Proven experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment in matrixed environments • Experience with process modeling and intelligence tools, such as Celonis, Signavio, and BlueWorks Live • Bachelor's degree required • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise operating models • Strong facilitation, design thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, executable process designs • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation and storytelling • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through structure • Ability to operate in a dynamic, time-bound 3–5 year transformation environment • Ability to support extended hours during critical design, testing, and deployment periods • Travel as required to support workshops, design sessions, and readiness activities
