📋 Description

• Design and build on-demand courses, microlearning, learning paths, and in-the-flow resources • Design simulations, scenario-based learning, and gamified experiences with realistic practice and feedback • Produce e-learning modules, scripted and edited videos, screen recordings, audio, graphics, animations, and LMS packages • Write clear, accessible, on-brand scripts, job aids, and guides • Partner with SMEs and portfolio managers during U.S. working hours • Define success measures and evaluate effectiveness with Learning Measurement • Develop reusable templates, design patterns, and content standards, including xAPI and accessibility requirements • Handle business content responsibly using fictional or de-identified data and following confidentiality and brand guidelines • Use AI for scripting, storyboarding, asset creation, localization, and content updates while owning accuracy and quality • Lead the LXD Creative Assets and Innovation Studio team • Build reusable design patterns and content standards for consistent, accessible, high-quality learning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in instructional or learning experience design, digital content creation, or interactive media production • 3+ years of experience in a management capacity highly preferred • Portfolio demonstrating digital learning products, simulations, or rich multi-media learning with measurable results • Proficiency with authoring and media tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise and Adobe Creative Cloud • Understanding of LMS, xAPI, and accessibility standards • Experience applying user-centered design and iterating based on data • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus • Ability to work U.S. business hours • Experience using generative AI in content production desirable
