📋 Description

• Enforce the project’s QA/QC Policy and define passing installation standards • Manage and direct third-party Mechanical and Electrical QA Specialists, including tasking, prioritization, coverage planning, and calibration • Review field reports for quality, consistency, and risk • Translate findings into corrective and preventive actions and document vendor performance feedback and escalations • Identify systemic quality patterns, quantify risk, and drive issue closure • Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA for repeat failures • Independently validate Level 3 to Level 4 readiness criteria and sign Readiness Memos • Coordinate with Construction, Vendors, and Commissioning before Functional Testing begins • Ensure equipment and ancillary systems are accessible and serviceable • Assist with BMS-related issue resolution • Perform ADC specification QA/QC and CX activities for speculative builds and tenant requirements • Negotiate standard pricing with vendors • Develop standardized reporting metrics for CX milestones and progress • Review policies and procedures annually for version control • Organize and maintain the ADC runbook workflow • Collaborate across multiple teams and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience creating documents used for standards for building, testing, repairs, troubleshooting, and training for data centers or other critical environments • Fluent in technical and common office software • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Ability to check technical skills for consistency and accuracy • Up to 20% travel required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Ability to work flexible hours as needed; facility is secured 24/7 • Ability to respond verbally or in writing to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from management and the public • High commitment to customer service • Ability to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
