📋 Description

• Influence all levels of leadership to understand the relationship between shrink and athlete engagement/sales and drive theft awareness and shrink mitigation • Develop and maintain relationships with store operations, human resources, visual, service & selling, facilities, and field leadership partners • Implement, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the Loss Prevention program • Assist store and field leaders with store-specific shrink reduction plans and support adherence and performance measurement • Educate teammates and leadership on root causes of shrink and reduction programs and resources • Analyze metrics and dashboards to identify operational deficiencies, awareness opportunities, and equipment issues and develop remediation strategies • Support the area through communication, conference calls, and meetings • Identify and address safety concerns and foster a safety-conscious culture • Complete new store security, alarm, and video system reviews and provide system signoffs for security vendors • Monitor, react to, and report significant or critical incidents • Support special events and incidents, including security coverage and contract services • Coordinate post-incident response with resources, emergency first responders, and the CSC • Support internal and external investigations based on regional trends, exception reporting, tips, and cases • Promote awareness of internal theft and tip generation through store visits, training sessions, and virtual webinars • Respond to theft events, ensure proper procedures and law enforcement engagement, investigate losses, and correct inventory • Serve as first point of contact for incidents and law enforcement partnerships; research and document incidents • Deliver physical evidence to law enforcement • Address external case errors and missing information used to deploy assets to stores • Develop networks of law enforcement and retailer investigators in each market • Attend court hearings for prosecuted cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 years experience • 7 years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail experience with at least 3 years in a multi-unit environment • Possesses a valid driver's license • Successfully pass comprehensive criminal background and motor vehicles check • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews • AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process • Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check which may include ID verification
