📋 Description

• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function • Support value realization, governance, and business initiatives through analysis, reporting, and strategic initiative support • Conduct data analysis, identify implementation barriers, track initiatives, perform governance activities, and conduct user acceptance testing of new systems • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and business problems to improve existing processes and support value realization • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and recommend potential business solutions • Assist with implementation and support measurement of business impact and outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience • Project management experience preferred • Experience with Excel, reporting tools, stakeholder coordination, and business process improvement activities strongly preferred • Finance background, specifically with plan run rate, forecasting, HBR (Health Benefit Ration), and value/cost modeling strongly preferred • Experience using Planview or similar portfolio/project management tools for initiative tracking, governance, reporting, or action item management strongly preferred • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
