📋 Description

• Lead and support the design, development and execution of value-based purchasing (VBP) and payment innovation programs across Centene • Support achievement of goals and metrics related to payment innovation • Develop value-based purchasing model technical design and annual model updates • Support creation of new ideas and products to meet emerging customer needs • Develop value-based purchasing performance management and tracking processes and tools • Lead creation, development and adoption of value proposition content and collaterals with stakeholder support • Lead and support value-based purchasing training and coaching across Centene, including Markets and Product organizations • Understand state requirements and needs to support RFP and Medicaid re-procurement responses • Own tools and technology supporting value-based purchasing programs and models • Provide technical support and direction to IT and Analytics teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health Care Administration, Policy, Provider Engagement or other related field • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Policy, Provider Engagement or other related field required, or equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree • Master's of Business Administration (MBA), Master's of Health Administration (MHA) or other advanced degree preferred • Up to 10% travel for internal and provider-facing meetings
