📋 Description

• Strategize, plan, conceptualize, configure, and build complex business solutions using technological tools and programs • Conduct extensive research and gather requirements to determine customer needs • Lead and provide operational oversight of the development process • Act as a subject matter expert and provide advice, support, and guidance • Mentor colleagues and collaborate on development and solution strategy • Manage the entire implementation process and lead project teams • Define business needs and conduct requirements gathering • Maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development • Perform complex research and advanced analysis using SQL and Power BI (DAX) • Identify effective methods and tools for developing scalable solutions • Conduct code reviews and manage pull requests • Write SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake code for software programs and applications • Refer solutions for implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in the field or a related area • Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree • Healthcare experience a plus • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Power BI and DAX • Intermediate knowledge of OLAP databases such as Snowflake and Teradata • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases • Ability to be self-sufficient
