📋 Description

• Manage a team of retention performance managers to develop and implement strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries • Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities • Direct, monitor and contribute to special projects aimed at reducing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions and nationally • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction • Collaborate across business teams to execute retention campaigns • Create and manage programs to educate beneficiaries about benefits and services across the health plans • Monitor and evaluate retention initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Candidate must reside in the state of Florida near the Orlando or Miami area, or in the state of New York near the Boroughs • Must be willing to travel and work some weekends • Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of related experience required, preferably in the Medicare industry • Equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position may be considered • Minimum 2+ years of supervisor experience preferred • Experience with Medicare / Medicaid sales and being a people leader highly preferred
