📋 Description

• Oversee the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and relevant processes to drive value for partners while adhering to external compliance requirements • Lead the quality assurance team in communication and collaboration with leadership on quality assurance matters • Enable the ideal customer experience through targeted monitoring and insights-to-action initiatives • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements • Manage daily operations of quality assurance teams and consistent implementation of policies and procedures • Manage performance issue remediation plans and risk controls with leadership • Review quality assurance team KPI metrics and guide development of improvement plans • Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration and feedback loops • Manage tactical plans to drive improvement opportunities through enhanced training and resources • Ensure consistent adherence to workflow documentation guidelines and established procedures • Provide performance reviews, coaching, and training development for the quality assurance team • Support onboarding, hiring, and training of new department employees • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are unavailable, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT authorization types • Experience leading quality assurance teams and managing quality assurance operations • Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and workflow documentation • Experience reviewing KPI metrics and developing improvement plans • Experience managing remediation plans and controls for identified risks • Experience with coaching, performance reviews, onboarding, hiring, and employee training
