📋 Description

• Conduct member substance misuse assessments • Develop specific recovery and treatment plans through root cause analysis and motivational interviewing techniques • Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate options and services for SUD and psychosocial health needs of inpatient and outpatient members • Review benefit options and collaborate with members to create behavioral routines • Enable members to be active participants in their own recovery • Assist members in developing empowerment skills and combating stigma through self-advocacy • Identify support linkages to community resources, including recovery communities, educational, vocational, social, cultural, spiritual, mutual self-help, and professional services • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High School Diploma / GED required • 2+ years of related experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs required • Peer Recovery Support Certification required
