📋 Description

• Oversee the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and relevant processes • Lead the quality assurance team in communication and collaboration with leadership • Conduct targeted monitoring to guide insights into action • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements • Manage daily operations of quality assurance teams • Manage performance issue remediation plans and controls for identified risks • Review quality assurance KPI metrics and guide improvement plans • Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration and feedback loops • Manage tactical plans to enhance training, resources, and customer experience • Ensure consistent adherence to workflow documentation guidelines and established procedures • Provide performance reviews, coaching, and training implementation for the quality assurance team • Support onboarding, hiring, and training of new department employees • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Employment-based visa sponsorship is unavailable, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT • Knowledge and skills reflective of the level of the position • Ability to manage quality assurance operations, performance remediation plans, controls, KPI metrics, training, and compliance processes
