📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a complex or business-critical product or capability • Lead cross-functional product discovery, investment planning, solution alignment, and performance evaluation • Assess current-state capabilities, market and industry developments, operating performance, and business needs to identify strategic opportunities • Facilitate cross-functional discussions with business and technology stakeholders • Develop and maintain capability roadmaps, strategic priorities, and product investment plans • Conduct product discovery and capability assessments to define scalable solutions and influence design decisions • Evaluate proposed solutions and process improvements for measurable value and alignment with regulatory, operational, and industry best practices • Provide product leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle • Monitor product performance, roadmap execution, and value realization • Communicate progress, outcomes, risks, and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders • Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and manage vendor and product partner relationships • Integrate business architecture, platform modernization, solution design, data, automation, and delivery considerations into product strategy and roadmap decisions • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience required • Proven ability to develop product strategy, own roadmaps, influence stakeholders, and measure outcomes • Deep knowledge of payer industry trends required • Knowledge of Information Technology • Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred
