📋 Description

• Oversee operations and business strategy using cross-functional departments to meet strategic objectives • Own demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing requirements and long-range workforce projections for several back-office functions • Develop staffing models, shrinkage assumptions, productivity assumptions and scenario plans • Identify future capacity gaps, skills needs and workforce risks • Provide workforce intelligence and analytics to support decisions • Analyze data from varied sources and evolve metrics measuring effectiveness and return on investment of product activity • Collaborate with staff to identify customer expectations and initiate process changes to increase quality, decrease costs and improve staff, provider and member satisfaction • Oversee departmental workflows while maintaining production and quality standards • Review and analyze reports, records and directives and obtain planning data from staff • Assist in establishing departmental strategies and objectives • Use quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and re-work • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of operations experience • Experience with managed care, insurance, Medicare or Medicaid preferred • Demonstrated workforce management experience across back-office environments highly preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Compliance with all related laws, regulations and executive orders
