📋 Description

• Manage and improve the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and relevant processes • Drive value for partners while adhering to external compliance requirements • Manage inter-departmental interactions and communicate with senior leadership on quality assurance matters • Enable the ideal customer experience through targeted monitoring and insights-to-action activities • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements • Identify deficiencies or gaps in testing control effectiveness and operational efficiencies • Develop remediation strategies and performance improvement plans • Report quality assurance performance and effectiveness to functional leadership • Establish performance remediation plans and controls when risk is identified • Oversee quality assurance team KPI metrics and guide improvement plans for operations and processes • Influence inter-departmental collaboration and feedback loops • Mentor quality assurance team members and manage performance, improvement, and career growth • Manage and review training materials and programs for quality assurance team development • Support onboarding, hiring, training, performance, and reward decisions within the quality assurance department • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience • Equivalent experience may be acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the position level • 3+ years management experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Experience managing quality assurance personnel and performance • Knowledge of quality assurance processes, KPI metrics, testing control effectiveness, operational efficiency, remediation, and regulatory compliance • Ability to develop training, onboarding, hiring, performance, and reward strategies • Ability to communicate quality assurance matters to senior leadership
