📋 Description

• Supervise and monitor the performance of Quality Improvement Associates supporting Retention activities • Ensure members receive accurate information and standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards are met • Manage production and conduct effective skill assessments of new and existing staff • Facilitate training to address identified performance gaps • Research and use best practices for effective project implementation and outcomes • Investigate infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance • Supervise a team to meet monthly audit performance metrics • Identify and overcome obstacles in the call-handling process • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and recommendations • Identify training needs and assist Retention Management in maintaining consistent service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Florida • AA/AS - Associates Degree or equivalent required • One to two years managed care experience required • One to two years related experience required • One to three years supervisory experience preferred • Knowledge of multiple lines of business • Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; Lotus Notes; Internet • Knowledge of various quality programs, including measures associated with QARR and HEDIS • Ability to lead or coordinate projects within own department • Ability to manage diverse staff and execute corporate functions effectively • Ability to communicate professionally and with cultural sensitivity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Skilled to communicate with all levels of Management, internal and external customers • Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone • Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements
