📋 Description

• Conduct selling activities through inbound and outbound calls in a care delivery setting • Convert Medicare-eligible callers into patients through telephonic conversations • Anticipate member needs and questions and provide guidance and customer service • Describe services offered and sell prospective patients on the clinical care model • Document and modify contact notes across multiple CRM systems • Originate calls from leads when applicable • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Make decisions regarding work methods and determine appropriate courses of action • Maintain quality and productivity standards while working independently • Follow established guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy • Ability to simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience • Comfort working in a telephonic intensive environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Bilingual in English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Telephonic sales experience (preferred) • Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage (preferred) • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
