📋 Description

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog • Provide strategic advice and guidance to functional teams • Maximize product value created by the Agile team • Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built in the right order, within budget and by the deadline • Serve as the Agile team’s primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making • Work with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies • Advise areas, programs, or functions and provide recommendations to senior executives • Serve as an advanced subject matter expert across multiple knowledge and functional areas

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree; in some instances a Master’s or Doctorate’s degree • 10+ years of technical experience, or equivalent • 2–5 years of project/people leadership • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
