📋 Description

• Analyze and model existing business processes • Document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement • Serve as a liaison to information technology groups • Use modeling tools to document current and desired future business-process states • Oversee knowledge transfer of business implications to application and database developers and project managers • Perform feasibility analysis and scope projects • Work with project management teams to prioritize deliverables and negotiate product functionalities • Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into functional specifications • Coordinate data extraction from various sources and interpret data • Partner with development and analytic teams to report on software solutions • Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field • 2-3 years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst • 2-3 years of experience with MS Access, MS Excel (Advanced), Visio, and MS Project • 1-3 years of customer interfacing experience • 0-3 years SQL Server 2005/2008 knowledge (T-SQL, Tables, Views) • Experience working in a Health Care facility, Hospital System or relevant area preferred
