📋 Description

• Help build, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL processes • Work with departments to understand data structures and schemas • Write and refine SQL queries and use other methods to ingest data • Build dashboards and visualizations in Domo • Analyze data and trends to identify insights and outliers • Validate datasets for accuracy, completeness, and structure • Help manage BI datasets, dashboards, cards, and permissions • Troubleshoot BI platform issues with users • Document datasets, ETLs, and lessons learned • Improve workflows and efficiency while keeping up with Domo, data analytics, and BI best practices • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information • Perform other duties as assigned • Work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager in the Finance division to support data-driven decision-making across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship • Hands-on experience with a modern BI platform like Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent • Basic SQL knowledge sufficient to extract data • Experience creating charts and visualizations and communicating complex data intuitively • Ability to translate vague questions or problems into data solutions • Self-driven learner who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish • Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams • Meticulous attention to detail and professional skepticism • Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and reusable queries, ETLs, and dashboards • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Nice-to-have: Experience with Domo • Nice-to-have: Experience building complete dashboards • Nice-to-have: Documentation/knowledge base experience, such as Confluence • Nice-to-have: Background in retail sales or tourism • Nice-to-have: Automation experience with Power Automate, Shortcuts, Workflows, Python, or Power Query • Nice-to-have: Experience with AI tools beyond basic LLM chats • Bonus: UKG Payroll and/or Cognos experience • Bonus: Python or other scripting languages • Bonus: Experience pulling data from APIs and integrating data sources • Bonus: Statistical analysis, including linear regression and standard deviation • Bonus: AI/ML training for data mining, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling
