📋 Description

• Lead implementation and onboarding for new client partners across CertifyOS products and services • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from multiple teams • Support clients in completing standard implementation tasks and learning the CertifyOS platform • Develop deep knowledge of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management • Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution through go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience overall • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills • Ability to tailor message or training delivery to varied audiences • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams internally and externally • Preferred: Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management • Preferred: Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications including Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com
