• Work with multiple stakeholder communities to understand data needs and create pipelines between different layers in the platform • Ensure technical infrastructure is in place to support management of the data platform and associated pipeline activities • Create standards and patterns for high-quality, fit-for-purpose future development • Define features and capabilities that advance data usage within the insurance industry • Provide governance and consultancy to data platform users and address data-related questions • Contribute hands-on development and strategic thinking to CFC's single data platform • Work with senior stakeholders to shape new data capabilities and influence the platform's direction and fundamentals
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years working in a Data Engineering role • Knowledge of Python and Spark • Strong SQL knowledge • Experience analyzing, cleaning, migrating, and modeling data • Experience using Azure or another cloud provider, such as AWS or GCP
