📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive and reproducible test cases and execute them independently • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to reduce production defects • Conduct manual and automated testing • Automate key functionality and regression tests, ensuring test scripts are efficient and reusable • Contribute to implementing and improving the automation test suite • Create test cases, test results, and bug reports, and keep documentation up to date for medium-sized features • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and BAs to clarify requirements and provide feedback through release • Participate in UAT activities • Identify testing progress obstacles and collaborate with other teams to resolve them promptly • Review test cases for completeness, clarity, and alignment with requirements • Provide peer feedback and refine test cases collaboratively • Analyze results to assess testing effectiveness and suggest process improvements • Expand test automation expertise and own execution and maintenance of automated tests • Adapt to changing requirements, system designs, technologies, priorities, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of manual and automation testing experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science, or related field • Experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon) • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile Framework best practices • Proficient in managing defects and test documentation using ADO • Experience in Property & Causality Insurance or related domains • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and documentation skills are important
