📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Tubular Social Video platform and demonstrate its value to prospects • Craft value propositions incorporating prospects’ KPIs to advance the buying process • Manage prospect demos and trials with assigned sales representatives • Ask probing questions to validate business issues and frame solutions around client needs • Lead scoping, qualification and estimation of API opportunities with Engineering and Sales • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on active deals and accounts • Provide clear handoffs of requirements and agreed scope to Customer Success or implementation teams • Collaborate with Marketing and PMM on collateral and sales materials • Work with Product and Engineering to channel customer feedback into roadmap decisions • Track demo and trial metrics and contribute feedback to team improvements • Adopt and iterate on AI-assisted workflows and share effective practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS, media analytics or data vendor, ideally supporting media companies or brands • Experience in a complex B2B or enterprise sales environment is a strong plus • Strong understanding of the social video and branded content ecosystem, including YouTube, TikTok and Instagram • Ability to independently interpret data, identify trends and build clear narratives from raw numbers • Solid understanding of media business models and content performance data • Ability to communicate business value, prove ROI, and learn unique business needs • Strong listening skills and ability to translate prospect needs into use cases and platform functionality • Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations • Confidence discussing technical requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort collaborating with sales personalities in a fast-paced startup environment • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and adopting AI-assisted workflows • Business fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; Portuguese proficiency is a plus • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer opportunities and structured technical evaluations or proof-of-concept engagements • Confidence presenting to technical, commercial and executive audiences • Strong written communication skills, including RFI/RFP responses, solution documentation and technical due-diligence materials • Working knowledge of relevant competitors and adjacent platforms
