Charters, Meetings and Incentives at NCLH is the group-sales and event business unit of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) that designs and sells chartered sailings, meetings, incentive programs and group cruise packages. It helps planners and organizers book group cruises with discounts, onboard credits and tailored experiences across NCL’s fleet and private-island destinations, supporting logistics, accommodations and event spaces for corporate, association and private groups.

📋 Description

• Promote Norwegian Cruise Line sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and acting on leads and prospects • Identify travel needs, explain cruise products, make travel recommendations, and close sales • Establish and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service, rapport-building, follow-up, and retention efforts • Maintain prospect lists and contact databases to identify travel trends • Promote products based on client travel history, including promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities • Build in-depth knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, fleet, itineraries, pricing, and features • Attend daily team meetings and participate in relevant sales training • Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum one year of sales experience • Two years of sales experience preferred • Cruise sales experience is a plus • Excellent verbal communication skills for communicating with guests by telephone and internally • Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, current fleet, and ship itineraries • Ability to multitask in a high-energy, goal- and quota-driven sales environment • Adherence to a strictly enforced dress code required
