📋 Description

• Help organizations transform how they plan, forecast, report, and make decisions • Work with clients across industries on varied business challenges • Support projects involving workforce planning, executive reporting, and finance planning transformation • Develop expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning • Build consulting and client-facing skills through project experience • Apply finance expertise in a consulting career

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems • Strong Excel skills • Financial modeling skills • Analytical skills • Communication skills • Desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions preferred • Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects preferred • Consulting or professional services experience preferred
