📋 Description

• Learn Checkly and the monitoring space deeply • Help customers solve reliability problems • Own technical onboarding for new accounts, including implementation and configuration • Get customers’ first monitoring into production • Run workshops and training for customer engineering teams • Support adoption, troubleshooting, and account growth alongside the sales team • Serve as the technical counterpart in existing accounts • Run customer meetings, including technical deep dives and account check-ins • Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks • Share customer learnings with Product Engineering and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role, including customer onboarding, workshops and trainings, and helping accounts grow • Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing • Ability to read, write, and debug code; JavaScript/Node.js preferred • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex for customer-facing work • Genuine interest in direct customer interaction, workshops, demos, and explaining technical concepts • Excellent spoken and written English skills • Ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated in an async-work environment • Based on the US East Coast, in Eastern Time (ET) • Able to travel occasionally to customers • Startup experience helpful but not required
