• Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of market competitive compensation programs • Implements and administers organization reward and recognition programs • Responsible for the administration of defined annual and ongoing compensation processes including annual merit cycle, salary survey participation, market competitiveness analysis, and the administration and maintenance of survey management database software • Support organization-wide compensation initiatives and provide training and guidance to managers and HR team regarding defined compensation principles, practices, and programs • Completes assessments to ensure market alignment and compliance of compensation programs
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience • 2-4 years' experience in compensation analysis or related field • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proficiency in compensation software and Human Resources Information Systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and relevant laws and regulations
