📋 Description

• Manage complex accounts payable operations • Process invoices and payment cycles • Maintain vendor records • Complete 1099 reporting • Support audits • Resolve escalated issues • Serve as an escalation point with vendor partners • Provide guidance and training to analysts and offshore team members • Partner with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers • Ensure accurate, timely and compliant payment processing • Lead meetings and conference calls with organizational stakeholders and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • 6-10 years of progressive accounts payable experience • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment cycles, vendor maintenance and month-end close • Experience working with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred) and document management platforms • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and lookups • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Experience supporting audits and compliance activities • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external vendors • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision • Experience working with offshore companies is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership • Ability to lead meetings and conference calls across the organization and with vendors • Ability to prioritize daily activities and understand accounting issues in a complex corporate structure • Successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen and background investigation • Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
