📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives • Develop execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through delivery • Anticipate risks, adapt to changing business priorities, and maintain program governance and operational rigor • Build data-driven narratives and executive communications to drive alignment and decision-making • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and solve operational challenges • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scalable operating practices • Introduce scalable operating mechanisms and strengthen program governance • Help teams execute with greater speed, clarity, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related field • Exceptional program management skills and ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex business problems • Ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders • Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority • Ownership mindset and ability to independently identify challenges, proactively manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements
