📋 Description

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities • Utilize advanced skills and expertise in processes, procedures, and systems to recover aging invoices • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems • Escalate complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership • Work with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results • Contribute process improvement ideas based on identified themes and broader business understanding • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide timely, professional service • Continuously develop collections knowledge, skills, and business acumen • Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members • Perform other duties as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Effective and flexible communication skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions • Ability to work in fast-paced, professional environment • Takes initiative and approaches work with persistence • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
