📋 Description

• Lead the Americas team in meeting or exceeding budget revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets • Develop and execute Chromalloy’s Americas market business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence • Develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth and market expansion • Develop and expand the engine business segment in collaboration with engine OEMs, MRO facilities, and major engine lessors • Develop, monitor, and manage the division’s business plan to achieve ROI and profitability objectives • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets across traditional aerospace and emerging engine technologies • Cultivate relationships with customers, government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams • Ensure operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, industry standards, and best practices • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Manage operations in highly regulated, access-controlled energy markets • Drive acceptance and adoption of non-OEM parts by addressing technical, legal, and market-entry barriers • Align internal teams and external stakeholders for effective execution of business initiatives • Manage customer relationships and the team for the Americas market • Improve aggregated Americas business profitability with 20% year-over-year margin increases • Ensure working capital, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory remain aligned with targets • Collaborate with BD teams, ECRS, and Parts business to build a pipeline of new solutions and incremental sales • Serve as Chromalloy’s external face for the Americas market, including industry events and customer escalations • Manage Americas Market & Programs to meet or exceed revenue, EBITDA, cash, and growth targets • Build a world-class team and collaborate across organizational boundaries • Contribute to Chromalloy’s extended leadership team and company-wide strategy • Represent Chromalloy and the Americas Market & Programs to strategic customers and industry groups • Represent the Americas Market & Programs internally to senior leadership and, as needed, the Board of Directors • Lead the Americas team in selling Chromalloy’s Parts, Repairs, and CMS-USM portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; MBA strongly preferred • 15+ years of progressive experience, including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role in a similar operating environment/scope • In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, cargo operations, engine technologies, and leasing standards • Strong knowledge of all Engine OEM platforms and derivatives and their applications • Deep understanding of industry trends for acceptance of third-party aftermarket solutions and service • Established relationships for engine sales, shop visit data, sourcing of restorable or part-out turbines, market drivers, and competitive landscape • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and deploy a high-performance team • Strong business, commercial, and strategy acumen with a global perspective • Strong knowledge and experience with financial profit and loss statements; preferably a successful track record running a P&L entity or unit • Demonstrated industry and product line experience, including in-depth technology/product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Effective communication skills/style to present complex ideas compellingly and comprehensively • Relentless and versatile learner open to change and unfamiliar tasks • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required, frequently exceeding 50%
