• Evaluate and develop qualified customer opportunities with the Managing Director and Director, Market Development • Lead customer-specific technical and commercial solutions for EPCs, utilities, data centers, industrial customers, and critical-power applications • Translate customer requirements and project constraints into executable solutions • Develop project cost models, preliminary schedules, execution strategies, scopes of supply, and delivery assumptions • Engage suppliers and manufacturing partners for pricing, technical information, lead times, and commercial terms • Identify technical, commercial, schedule, and supply-chain risks before customer commitments • Participate in customer and EPC meetings, technical clarification, proposal development, and contract negotiations • Assume overall delivery responsibility after contract award • Lead projects through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance • Establish project budgets, schedules, milestones, reporting requirements, and risk registers • Manage project cost, schedule, quality, contractual scope, and delivery performance • Manage scope changes and communicate commercial impacts • Coordinate internal resources, customers, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners • Provide project reporting and escalation to the Managing Director • Lead resolution of delivery challenges and maintain customer relationships • Capture lessons learned and improve estimating and execution • Own and develop the U.S. supply-chain strategy • Identify, qualify, negotiate with, and manage strategic suppliers and subcontractors • Develop a competitive supplier network and manage supplier performance • Validate supplier pricing and improve cost, lead time, quality, and commercial terms • Develop domestic and international sourcing strategies • Ensure equipment and components meet project requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or related technical field • 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, project delivery, or program management for complex engineered equipment, electrical infrastructure, energy, or industrial capital projects • Demonstrated project leadership across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction/installation, and commissioning • Strong understanding of project costing, estimating, margin, cash flow, and commercial risk • Experience developing and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and supply-chain strategy • Experience working with EPCs, utilities, data centers, industrial customers, or other sophisticated capital-project customers • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with limited initial infrastructure • Willingness to remain hands-on while building systems and organization for growth
