📋 Description

• Recruit top talent for approximately 300 seasonal spring planting openings • Identify and source appropriate candidates • Support CHS employment branding, diversity initiatives, and other programs • Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and competitive analysis • Use applicant tracking and recruiting software to track applicants through selection and hiring-manager interviews • Learn and communicate CHS benefits, compensation, incentive programs, and culture to candidates • Provide sourcing support to Talent Acquisition colleagues • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional communication • Provide a positive hiring-manager experience and regular updates • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical and creative methods to source candidates • Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, onboarding specialists, and hiring managers • Comply with company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, preferably emphasizing Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Agriculture • Previous internship experience in an HR or recruiting role preferred • Agricultural background preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Efficient multitasking and prioritization skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Full-time availability of 32+ hours per week • Availability during core business hours, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time • Must comply with company policies and procedures • Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
