• Drive sales by actively supporting and engaging CIEE's network of International Representatives • Analyze recruitment trends, market conditions, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making • Monitor partner pipelines and proactively identify, address, and escalate issues affecting recruitment goals or program delivery • Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners in assigned markets • Research and identify new market opportunities for CIEE programs • Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and inform market and departmental strategies • Identify risks and opportunities within assigned markets and develop plans to achieve or exceed budget targets • Collaborate with program and product owners to develop and execute market-specific sales strategies • Partner with Operations and internal stakeholders to provide International Representatives with timely support and exceptional service • Maintain knowledge of BridgeUSA regulations, industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities • Represent CIEE at webinars, conferences, partner meetings, and other recruitment-related events • Take on new projects and duties as assigned by the Manager and Director • Assist the Director of the International Sales Team in achieving annual program sales goals and long-term business development objectives
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales and account management experience required, preferably with international clients • Experience managing leads and data in CRM systems required • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience building credible relationships across functions and management levels • Ability to work across cultures and international borders • Comfortable learning new technology • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, partner meetings, and business needs • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values and culture • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification will be conducted as conditions of employment • Experience in education sales strongly preferred • Salesforce experience strongly preferred • Advanced Excel and reporting skills strongly preferred • Experience living, studying, teaching, and/or working abroad strongly preferred • Knowledge of a second language preferred
