📋 Description

• Provide strategy, judgment, organization, and evidence-based analysis to influence decisions and meet Grace at Home requirements • Provide daily clinical and operational oversight of behavioral health nurse practitioners and LCSW team with 0.2 FTE administrative allocation • Train and mentor behavioral health clinical staff • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assess mental health status, and diagnose mental health conditions • Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications and educate patients on their use • Provide psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions to individuals or groups • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care • Maintain accurate patient records and document progress according to regulatory standards • Educate patients and families about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies • Lead strategies and solutions in behavioral health care and build a team of NPs and LCSWs • Establish a business strategy and roadmap to improve member outcomes, enhance other business divisions, and develop external market opportunities • Define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive company profitability • Work with other business divisions to define solutions aligned with Grace at Home objectives • Provide subject matter expertise on nursing solutions, deployment approaches, and performance evaluation • Create a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment • Report to the Senior Vice President of Direct Care Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher as a BHNP or equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement • NP license in the state of practice and willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states • Must be licensed in at minimum one of NY, IL, or GA • Board certifications • At least 5 years of behavioral health experience • 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience in the healthcare industry ideal • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models to teams, investors, partners, and other stakeholders • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications • Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents • Good judgment, impeccable ethics, and strong team-player orientation • Ability and desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, entrepreneurial company • Ability to work indoors in an air-conditioned setting with artificial light • Willingness to travel to and work in offices or other environments • Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers in person and over devices, including with agitated individuals • Ability to sit for extended periods • Ability to receive ordinary information and prepare or inspect documents • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally • Good manual dexterity using common office equipment • Good reasoning ability and ability to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents
