📋 Description

• Develop and execute Spire's strategic growth plan and annual operating budget • Partner with executive leadership to enhance service offerings and drive business expansion • Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes • Create and implement business development strategies supporting annual revenue goals • Build relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, enterprises, and industry partners • Expand market awareness and adoption of Spire Outsourcing services • Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's market position and industry presence • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions • Champion client satisfaction and long-term retention • Recruit, mentor, and lead financial planning professionals • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability • Promote ongoing professional development and industry education • Support implementation of technologies and processes that improve service delivery • Stay informed regarding financial planning trends, regulatory developments, and best practices • Evaluate and implement new tools, methodologies, and technologies to strengthen service offerings • Represent Spire at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of financial planning, wealth management, consulting, or related leadership experience • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth • Experience leading teams and managing strategic initiatives • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advisor needs • CFP® designation or equivalent professional designation required • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
