• Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management • Guide internal stakeholders on Talent Acquisition processes • Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders • Maintain accurate recruiting records in designated systems • Partner with various departments for hiring decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience • Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders • Demonstrated ability to use modern recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools • Experience with Workday and modern recruiting systems • Excellent judgment in sensitive hiring matters • Strong written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree required
