📋 Description

• Extend Circle's in-house blockchain systems infrastructure to support tokenization • Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve and modify existing systems • Build and own scalable microservices for reliable and secure APIs transferring value and assets across blockchain and traditional banking protocols • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design, test, and shape Circle features • Develop and document system design procedures, testing procedures, and quality standards • Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions • Build publicly accessible APIs for developer integration with complex payment systems • Integrate Platform Services with leading banks and financial technologies • Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles • Write infrastructure using SQL or NoSQL data sources, messaging systems, and APIs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years minimum professional software development experience in object oriented languages like Go or Java • Computer Science degree or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent) • Technical leadership of teams >4 on architecture and system design • Expert in one of the domains of API design, payments processing, or blockchains • Deep understanding/experience with architecture, design, and deployment of production-quality, scalable software • Deep understanding/experience with Web3, blockchain, smart contract business logic • Deep understanding/experience with RESTful API design and development principles • Deep understanding/experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure • Deep understanding/experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS • Deep understanding/experience with SQL databases and designing schemas • Strong focus on coding standards, code quality, and test coverage • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams • Self-starter with a curious mindset and ability to work with little supervision
