📋 Description

• Schedule high-volume and complex candidate interviews across the organization • Resolve scheduling conflicts • Cover for other coordinators to maintain uninterrupted scheduling and logistics • Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination work • Identify and flag process improvements • Support ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects • Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and Talent Acquisition Partners

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator, ideally at a technology, fintech, or payments company • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • High level of professionalism and ability to stay composed under pressure • Keen attention to detail and clear communication across Slack and email • Strong work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS • Preferred: Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Glean • Preferred: Curiosity about how AI can improve recruiting operations and willingness to try new tools and share what works
