📋 Description

• Guide and promote a safe work environment • Investigate fraudulent activities and protect company financial interests, including misappropriation of assets • Implement, evaluate, and continuously improve safety processes, policies, and procedures • Identify and investigate safety and health concerns, hazards, operational and occupational conditions, and violations • Provide training on behavioral safety practices, safety processes, and techniques for field leaders and store employees • Enforce safety practices and maintain a safe and secure working environment • Respond to critical incidents such as catastrophic events, violent weather, and civil disorders • Validate store execution of Loss Prevention programs and support rollout of Loss Prevention initiatives • Identify stores experiencing high losses, review criminal incident reports, and recommend corrective actions • Recommend prosecution or corrective actions, coordinate restitution, and collaborate with workers’ compensation specialists on potentially fraudulent claims • Contribute to Financial and Key Result Area targets in line with Company Plan guidelines • Coordinate with law enforcement, safety agencies, and community organizations • Inspect and secure buildings and equipment, manage security assignments, and assist with surveillance repairs • Collaborate with store personnel, field leaders, and external partners to improve shrinkage, safety, and loss prevention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred • Background in audit, loss prevention, law enforcement, or criminal justice preferred • 5-10 years’ experience in the retail industry • Proficiency with investigations and integrity interviews • Wicklander or Reid preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Time management and ability to prioritize/multitask • Experience with MS Office, Power Point, 3X Logic Trends, or similar Exception Based software • Ability to travel as required by business, including overnight • Must possess a good driving record
