• Lead the strategy and execution of Cisco’s Annual Planning process • Align company priorities, functional plans, and executive leadership objectives • Own the Quarterly Business Objective (QBO) operating cadence • Connect priorities, action items, and commitments across stakeholders • Evolve Cisco’s executive scorecard strategy and integrate success measures across Annual Planning and QBO • Manage alignment between Corporate Planning and the Business Entity (BE) Interlock process • Improve planning frameworks, governance mechanisms, and operating processes • Drive alignment across executive leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Develop collaborative planning processes and materials reflecting a cohesive enterprise view • Build and develop a high-performing Corporate Planning team • Partner with Cisco’s Executive Leadership Team, Strategy, Operations, and Chief of Staff teams • Advise executive leadership on complex business challenges and support informed decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of related experience, or equivalent related education and work experience • 10+ years of tenure in strategy, planning, and operations roles • Experience with Cisco Sales, Product, CX, or Partner Organizations • Track record translating long-term business strategy into execution • Experience developing strategies and scalable frameworks and operating cadences • Ability to align teams around priorities, measurable outcomes, and execution plans • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with ELT members and cross-functional partners • Experience advising executive leadership on complex business challenges • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear recommendations • Ability to present complex challenges and solutions in a structured, compelling way • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills • Experience driving interdepartmental collaboration and alignment • Ability to balance critical thinking with operational execution • Ability to adapt swiftly to leadership needs, organizational priorities, and shifting business requirements
