• Architect and structure complex, multi-year enterprise sales transactions exceeding $1M • Accelerate deal velocity while safeguarding business health and margin guardrails • Lead customer-facing commercial negotiations with Account Executives • Articulate value-based buying programs and innovative consumption models • Manage the end-to-end order document lifecycle • Draft custom business language and coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to identify market expansion opportunities • Displace competitors and build a robust pipeline of high-margin deals • Help organizations scale digital resilience through Cisco and Splunk’s unified security and observability platform
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in strategic business development, deal desk, commercial sales operations, or complex deal structuring within enterprise software or SaaS • Minimum 2 years of direct experience drafting, evaluating, and negotiating custom order documents, enterprise contracts, or commercial terms • Experience evaluating complex software deal structures against ARR, TCV, or iACV metrics • Experience participating directly in customer-facing commercial negotiations on transactions exceeding $1M • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical professional experience • Experience developing and deploying flexible software consumption models, ELAs, or structured buying programs • Prior background in FP&A, Pricing Strategy, or Sales Operations analysis within high-growth technology companies • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ platforms, and automated contract management systems • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management preferred
