📋 Description

• Serve as the primary advocate for assigned customers and own the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle • Lead cross-functional teams of consulting engineers, architects, project managers, and partners • Oversee complex delivery engagements using advanced project management expertise • Drive program delivery, financial performance, and continuous service improvement • Align service delivery with customers’ strategic business goals and the Cisco Customer Experience ecosystem • Provide clear requirements to internal teams and ensure technical solutions align with customer needs • Identify and mitigate risks proactively • Bridge Cisco technical experts and customer stakeholders • Provide key account updates to senior management • Ensure project execution excellence • Define project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track performance metrics • Position services and assist with scoping and estimating proposals and statements of work • Drive efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience overseeing all aspects of service delivery for major accounts • Full P&L and budget responsibility • Solid project management skills, including defining scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and tracking performance metrics • Previous experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail customers • Practical experience with ITIL and service management frameworks • Ability to engage effectively with technical teams regarding infrastructure, architecture, and emerging technologies • Experience leading large cross-functional teams delivering complex Cisco and third-party technology transformations • Experience positioning services and assisting with scoping and estimating level of effort for proposals and statements of work • Track record of driving efficiency, removing bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to navigate technical discussions and executive briefings • Analytical problem-solving and risk anticipation skills • Ability to build long-term customer and internal relationships
