📋 Description

• Define and execute sourcing strategies within all segments of logistics operations • Own the related sourcing project pipeline • Engage in strategic partner management and collaborate with matrixed teams to improve logistics and customer delivery experience • Represent partner wins or issues for resolution in Global Business Reviews • Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies through continuous improvement to logistics performance, service/mode adjustments, and warehouse optimization • Lead sourcing events and manage project deliverables, timelines, negotiations, and contractual compliance • Communicate with cross-functional executives regarding risk mitigation strategies, long-range planning, and supply chain resiliency • Prepare the supply chain and manage continuity for project implementations and partner change management • Utilize methodologies such as Agile to support improvement programs • Work with order management, planning, repair, manufacturing, and finance teams • Drive supply chain cost savings activities • Lead supplier changes and team expectations by driving suppliers to meet or exceed committed changes • Utilize appropriate resources and influence streamlined delivery of projects and changes • Analyze supply chain issues, facilitate solutions and proposals, and communicate plans and status in an executive manner

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of global logistics/transportation sourcing experience • Extensive background in Logistics Management Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain Management • Experience in the High Tech Telecommunications or Networking Equipment industry highly desired • BA/BS degree required • MBA or graduate degree preferred • Ability to analyze complex information in short periods of time • Ability to transfer logistic partner dynamics into a business context • Ability to recommend risk/escalation mitigation strategies • Excellent executive-level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills • Exceptional active listening and reading comprehension • Demonstrated experience leading with cross-functional impact • Experience managing competing priorities • Ability to promote a culture of support and innovation • Energetic, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
