📋 Description

• Drive organic growth by influencing and engaging partner retail leadership and store management • Drive inorganic growth through associate participation and credit adoption • Execute field leadership action plans integrating credit into partner culture and increasing credit sales, penetration, and new application performance • Analyze reports and data, implement action plans, and identify focused growth opportunities • Follow up consistently to ensure goals are achieved or plans are revised • Develop partner-specific training with Partner Management • Collect and share market and competitive intelligence • Develop and maintain relationships with partner retail field leadership and dealer business owners/management • Provide exceptional service and reporting to internal and external customers • Respond to partner issues and concerns promptly • Participate in key retail partner meetings • Increase credit awareness throughout assigned partner organizations • Understand assigned industry characteristics and competitive challenges • Maintain communication networks within Citi Retail Services and the assigned retail partner • Work from a home office while traveling 75% of the time within the assigned market, including overnight travel • Assess risk, comply with applicable laws and regulations, apply ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience • Previous sales experience required • Prior retail environment experience preferred • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Excellent large-group presentation skills • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Clear and concise written and verbal communication • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
