• Create a digital product experience that enables clinical teams to deliver care to members and support field-based operations • Design, build, implement, and deploy care management tools • Write and review code up and down the stack as needed • Use industry best practices to produce reliable software • Write clean, well-tested code • Mentor engineers and new team members • Apply technical expertise to help others grow • Continuously grow skills and thinking as an engineer

• 4+ years of experience working on a professional engineering team • Bachelor's degree
