📋 Description

• Carry out defined improvements on operations projects from planning to completion • Research questions and turn findings into clear summaries that support decisions • Track and coordinate operations projects across teams so that nothing stalls without an owner • Write clear processes for the operations documentation library • Keep handbooks and support documentation up to date, usable, and findable • Support the CRM and other third-party tools • Clean up data, build views and reports, and answer day-to-day questions from GTM teams • Help People Operations maintain standards and processes for hiring, onboarding, training, and other company operations • Assist with scheduling and coordination for company-wide meetings and events • Perform other duties reasonably within the scope of the job classification

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or a similar role, ideally at a startup or fast-moving team • Analytical and meticulous, with attention to inconsistencies and patterns • Process-oriented and able to turn messy work into clear, repeatable steps • Curious and coachable • Self-starter able to work through blockers independently • Steady executor who follows plans through to completion and flags potential blockers early • Interested in owning small projects from start to finish and building toward larger projects • Comfortable working with data in Google Sheets or Excel and spotting patterns or errors • Clear and professional communication across functions • Hands-on experience in HubSpot or other CRMs is nice to have • Exposure to automation workflows or similar detail-driven scoped projects is nice to have • Previous experience with internal dashboard or database systems such as Notion or GitBook is nice to have
