📋 Description

• Establish and maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls and onsite visits • Maintain knowledge of clients’ product mix and solution usage • Create and execute account plans with financial objectives for strategic accounts • Inform clients about Innovative events, products, and service offerings • Create consulting services opportunities and engage Innovative resources to achieve customer goals • Create call/visit reports to document findings and communicate internally • Build strong relationships with public libraries across the West Coast • Drive client success and expand product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant, equivalent work experience • 5 years of direct field sales professional work experience • 5 years of experience managing external client relationships • Adaptability, resilience, and ability to work as a team player • Expert approach to managing Emotional Intelligence • Expertise with library technology or library software sales experience • Experience with supporting/selling ILS (Integrated Library Systems) • Ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to work occasional off-hours/on-call shifts as required
